All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. USPS typically take 3-6 business days to reach the destination after that for U.S. orders. Holidays make affect these shipping times and extend them out a little longer due to the high demand of deliveries for USPS.

Order are sent via USPS, tracking can also be manually checked via USPS.com.

Tracking numbers and tracking updates are sent via email to the email associated with your account or order.

Typically discount codes are offered during sales or as an appreciation for your order. These are to be used on a future order and cannot be reciprocally applied to a previous order.

Discount codes are changed frequently and typically should be used within 30 days of receiving them. You can subscribe to our emails to get even more discount codes!

We typically send out confirmation emails right after the order is placed, though it may take up to 3 hours to see the email come to your inbox, depending on your email provider. 

If you still don't see it after 3 hours you may want to check your spam folder to see if it was mistakenly filed there.

We recommend hand washing in cold water and hang drying your socks to make them last as long as possible, typically about 3 months.
