We provide free exchanges and replacements!
Please contact us at support@ACSocks.com to begin an exchange.
Health Protection items are not eligible for exchange due to our strict sanitation policy.
One free exchange/replacement per order only.
All Sales are Final.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange to be completed.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order edits.
We cannot exchange/replace 30 days after an order has been placed.
Do not ship back items until you have contacted our customer service team. We have several warehouses and shipping locations, so we need them to be sent to the correct facility.
Customers are responsible for entering all discount or promo codes in their cart, and to make sure that they have been applied. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes after an order is processed.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All orders are final.
