Returns and Exchanges
We provide free exchanges and replacements, and do not provide refunds.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange to be completed.
- If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or replacement.
- Products sent in for exchange must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged; we cannot resell items that have been worn or used for safety and sanitation standards.
- Contact our team at email@example.com and let us know you would like an exchange.
- After we reply, provide the tracking information, as well as items included in the package, for your return.
Do not ship any items to us until you speak to a staff member and receive the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for entering all discount or promo codes in their cart, and to make sure that they have been applied. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes after an order is processed.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All orders are final.
