Returns and Exchanges
Free exchanges can be made for any product or size.
We only allow for exchanges and replacements, not refunds.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange to be completed.
- No returns on promotional sales, discounts, and international orders.
- If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
- Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged, since we cannot resell socks that have been worn due to our strict sanitation standards.
- Contact our team at email@example.com and provide the tracking information, as well as items included in the package, for your return.
Do not ship any items to us until you speak to a staff member and receive the correct return address.

- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All orders are final.
Customers are responsible for entering all discount or promo codes in their cart, and to make sure that they have been applied. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes after an order is processed.
